Dr. Dao Thi Hoai Thu, Ph.D. in Law and a licensed lawyer, is a distinguished legal expert with extensive experience in the fields of law, judicial reform, and civil judgment enforcement. Having served for many years at central agencies of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the State, she was directly involved in legal research and strategic policy advisory work on judicial reform for the Central Steering Committee for Judicial Reform. She also contributed to the formulation and implementation of numerous significant policies, strategies, and initiatives aimed at advancing judicial reform, strengthening Vietnam’s legal system, and enhancing the effectiveness of judicial institutions.

In addition to her strong academic background as a Doctor of Laws and a practicing lawyer, Dr. Dao Thi Hoai Thu possesses substantial practical experience in dispute resolution, legal advisory services, and civil judgment enforcement. The combination of her academic expertise, public administration experience, and legal practice enables her to provide comprehensive, practical, and client-oriented legal solutions.

Currently, alongside her legal practice and advisory work, she serves as a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Thanh Dong University, where she teaches practice-oriented master's degree programmes in law, supervises legal research, and provides professional training for legal practitioners, public officials, and postgraduate students.

Throughout her career, Dr. Dao Thi Hoai Thu has held numerous professional and managerial positions at central government agencies, including:

• Former official of the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement, Ministry of Justice.

• Former Deputy Head of Division III, Office of the Central Steering Committee for Judicial Reform.

• Former Deputy Director General of the Department of Judicial Reform, Central Commission for Internal Affairs.

• Currently Lecturer, Faculty of Law, Thanh Dong University.

Civil Judgment Enforcement

Civil judgment enforcement is one of Dr. Dao Thi Hoai Thu's principal areas of expertise. Through many years of service at the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement under the Ministry of Justice, she has acquired extensive knowledge and practical experience in handling complex enforcement matters and advising clients on protecting their lawful rights and interests after court judgments and decisions have become legally effective.

In her academic career, she teaches advanced master's-level courses, particularly in the areas of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, Civil Judgment Enforcement, Corporate Labour Law Advisory, and Legal Research and Practical Legal Problem-Solving Skills.
