1. Former Director of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Lao Cai Province;

2. Former Deputy Director General of Professional Division I and Director General of the Complaints and Denunciations Settlement Division under the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement, Ministry of Justice.

He currently serves as:

1. Lecturer, Faculty of Law – Thanh Dong University;

2. Lecturer, Faculty of Lawyer Training and Training of Civil Judgment Enforcement Titles and Bailiffs – Judicial Academy;

3. Hanoi Law University.
