With over 30 years of experience in the judiciary, Lawyer Tran Ngoc Chung is a highly respected figure in Vietnam’s legal community, particularly in the field of criminal litigation. He has served as a primary, intermediate, and senior judge for five consecutive terms at the Central Military Court—one of the most disciplined, professional, and legally rigorous judicial institutions in the system.

Throughout his judicial career, he has presided over and resolved hundreds of complex criminal cases, many of which were serious, sensitive, and socially significant. This has equipped him with a solid legal foundation, sharp critical thinking, multidimensional analytical skills, and a profound understanding of legal application in criminal proceedings.
