Lawyer Lê Văn Thiên is a former soldier who served in the defense of the Trường Sa (Spratly) Islands in 1994 – a defining milestone that reflects his discipline, responsibility, and unwavering resilience.
He graduated from the 21st cohort of Hanoi Law University and was a student of the 2nd class at the Judicial Academy (formerly the Training School for Judicial Titles). With over 20 years of legal practice, Mr. Thiên is recognized as one of Vietnam’s most experienced legal professionals. Prior to joining Vietlink Law Firm in 2023, he held senior positions and management roles at various foreign-invested enterprises (FDIs) and prestigious law firms in Vietnam.
Throughout his career, Lawyer Thiên has directly handled hundreds of complex and high-stakes legal matters, particularly in the following areas:
· Criminal Law: Defense counsel and legal representative in economic crimes, abuse of power, and particularly serious criminal cases.
· Land Law: Dispute resolution concerning land use rights, compensation and resettlement, land recovery, and issuance of land use rights certificates.
· Inheritance Law: Advisory and representation in inheritance disputes, estate division according to law or wills.
· Marriage and Family: Protection of clients' rights in divorce cases, asset division, child custody disputes, and parentage determination.
· In addition, he has solid experience in corporate law, contract law, investment, and resolution of economic and civil disputes.
