·       Advised and handled procedures for land lease to expand an electronic component manufacturing factory in Thái Nguyên Province for a Korean investor, with a scale of 5 hectares and an additional investment of USD 60 million.

·       Advised on the establishment of a foreign-invested company in Bắc Ninh Province in the electronics manufacturing sector, with a total investment of USD 4 million.

·       Provided comprehensive advice on leasing factory premises and establishing a mechanical manufacturing company in Thái Nguyên Province for a Korean investor, with a total investment of USD 5 million.

2. Real Estate and Construction

·       Advised and drafted a business cooperation contract between a real estate enterprise and an investment partner for developing a residential area project in Hưng Hóa Town, Tam Nông District, Phú Thọ Province, with a scale of nearly 10 hectares and a total investment of approximately VND 300 billion.

·       Advised and drafted an investment cooperation agreement for a high-rise apartment building project (18 floors) in Thanh Xuân District, Hanoi City, with a total investment of VND 300 billion.

·       Advised and handled legal procedures related to the transfer of a residential apartment project in Nam Từ Liêm District, Hanoi.

3. Dispute Resolution

·       Represented and protected the rights of a foreign financial company in debt collection proceedings against a client in Vietnam, with a total dispute value of approximately VND 20 billion.

·       Advised and represented a company in resolving a capital contribution dispute in a housing project in Hanoi, with a total contributed amount of VND 40 billion.

·       Advised and protected the interests of a financial consulting firm in a dispute with a BOT project investor in Central Vietnam, with a dispute value exceeding VND 300 billion.

·       Represented groups of individual investors in capital contribution disputes related to real estate projects in Bạc Liêu, Yên Bái, Tây Nguyên, and Thanh Hóa provinces, with the defendant being a large Vietnamese real estate corporation.

·       Represented multiple bondholders in disputes concerning breaches of corporate bond payment obligations, with a total dispute value exceeding VND 1,000 billion.

·       Provided legal due diligence and completed procedures for the acquisition of an industrial cluster project in Bắc Giang Province, with a total transaction value of USD 120 million.

·       Represented a Korean company in a debt recovery case arising from a construction contract in Ninh Bình Province, with a recoverable amount of over USD 1 million.

·       Advised and represented a Korean garment company in a debt dispute with a Korean partner in Bắc Giang Province, with a dispute value of USD 500,000.

·       Represented a Vietnamese enterprise in recovering a debt of over USD 1 million from a Malaysian-invested partner.
