Doctor of Laws, Lawyer Nguyen Hai An, former Deputy Director General of the Department of Cassation and Review for Civil and Commercial Matters under the Supreme People’s Court, has officially joined the team as Senior Legal Advisor.

Dr. Nguyen Hai An possesses extensive experience in dispute resolution in the fields of Civil Law, Commercial and Business Law, Labor Law, and Marriage and Family Law.

In addition to his practical work at the Court, Dr. Nguyen Hai An has made significant contributions to legal education, serving as an adjunct and visiting lecturer at the Court Academy, the Judicial Academy, Hanoi Law University, the University of Law – Vietnam National University, the Foreign Trade University, and Ho Chi Minh City University of Law.
