Currently a lecturer at the University of Law, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, Dr. Truong Huynh Nga is also an experienced legal consultant in the fields of corporate law and international cooperation. In addition to her teaching and academic research activities, she has provided legal advice to numerous domestic and foreign enterprises and corporate groups.

With proficiency in both Chinese and English, Dr. Truong Huynh Nga has participated in providing legal support for various international cooperation projects, commercial transactions, and cross-border investment activities. Her experience working with foreign-invested enterprises enables her to adopt a multidimensional approach to analysing and addressing legal issues arising in the international business environment.

Dr. Truong Huynh Nga’s key areas of expertise include:
