Senior Expert in Complaint and Denunciation Resolution Advisory
Mr. Vu Hong Khanh (born on 10 July 1965) is a senior expert with more than 42 years of service in the public sector, including 31 years of direct experience in inspection, examination, and the settlement of complaints and denunciations at the Government Inspectorate of Vietnam.
Throughout his career, he held various leadership positions at the Government Inspectorate and was directly involved in inspection activities, the settlement of complaints and denunciations, planning, financial management, and advisory work in the field of inspection. With a strong professional background and extensive practical experience, he has substantial expertise in handling complex and prolonged complaint cases, as well as in providing legal advice and conducting legal dissemination and education on inspection, examination, and anti-corruption matters.
In addition to his professional duties, he has also delivered training courses on inspection, the settlement of complaints and denunciations, and professional inspection skills for inspectors, principal inspectors, and personnel responsible for internal examination at numerous authorities, organisations, and enterprises.
He retired under the applicable statutory regime in May 2025.

He also participated in professional training and capacity-building programmes for personnel responsible for examination and inspection at various authorities, organisations, and enterprises.
