Circular No. 68/2025/TT-BTC promulgates the forms used for enterprise and household business registration. This Circular applies to the entities specified in Article 2 of Decree No. 168/2025/NĐ-CP dated June 30, 2025, of the Government on enterprise registration.
Accordingly, Circular No. 68/2025/TT-BTC promulgates the forms used for enterprise and household business registration.
This Circular applies to the entities specified in Article 2 of Decree No. 168/2025/NĐ-CP on enterprise registration.
Specifically, the forms used for enterprise and household business registration under Circular No. 68/2025/TT-BTC include:
Forms for enterprise registration as prescribed in Appendix I issued together with Circular No. 68/2025/TT-BTC;
Forms for household business registration as prescribed in Appendix II issued together with Circular No. 68/2025/TT-BTC.
Circular No. 68/2025/TT-BTC shall take effect as of July 1, 2025.
It annuls the forms specified in Appendix I issued together with Circular No. 43/2025/TT-BTC, which provided templates used in the state management of household businesses, partnerships, cooperatives, and unions of cooperatives in the context of a two-tier local government structure.
The following Circulars shall cease to be effective from the effective date of Circular No. 68/2025/TT-BTC:
Circular No. 01/2021/TT-BKHĐT providing guidance on enterprise registration;
Circular No. 02/2023/TT-BKHĐT amending and supplementing a number of provisions of Circular No. 01/2021/TT-BKHĐT on enterprise registration.
Provincial-level business registration authorities, commune-level business registration authorities, enterprises, household businesses, and organizations and individuals involved in enterprise and household business registration shall be responsible for the implementation of Circular No. 68/2025/TT-BTC.
