With over 15 years of legal practice and experience holding key legal positions at several well-regarded law firms in Vietnam, he has been directly responsible for strategic planning, managing legal operations, and building Vietlink’s team of legal experts since its inception.

Mr. Nguyen Cong Danh is a member lawyer of the firm and currently serves as the Manager and Director of Vietlink Law Firm's office in Ho Chi Minh City. Prior to joining Vietlink, he was in charge of legal affairs at foreign-invested enterprises and later worked at international law firms in Ho Chi Minh City, gaining extensive and diverse experience in corporate and investment law.

Lawyer Lê Văn Thiên is a former soldier who served in the defense of the Trường Sa (Spratly) Islands in 1994 – a defining milestone that reflects his discipline, responsibility, and unwavering resilience. He graduated from the 21st cohort of Hanoi Law University and was a student of the 2nd class at the Judicial Academy (formerly the Training School for Judicial Titles). With over 20 years of legal practice, Mr. Thiên is recognized as one of Vietnam’s most experienced legal professionals. Prior to joining Vietlink Law Firm in 2023, he held senior positions and management roles at various foreign-invested enterprises (FDIs) and prestigious law firms in Vietnam.

Mr. Nguyen Kim Phuong is currently a Senior Advisor at Vietlink Law Firm. Before joining Vietlink, he held key leadership positions for many years at the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement under the Ministry of Justice. He was appointed as a Senior Expert and served as Director and Head of the Center for Data, Information, and Statistics on Civil Judgment Enforcement.
