Mr. Trần Văn Long is the Co-Founder and currently serves as the Managing Lawyer of Vietlink Law Firm. With over 15 years of legal practice and experience holding key legal positions at several well-regarded law firms in Vietnam, he has been directly responsible for strategic planning, managing legal operations, and building Vietlink’s team of legal experts since its inception.

Lawyer Nguyen Duc Quan has nearly 20 years of legal practice experience and is highly regarded for his in-depth advisory expertise and ability to effectively handle diverse and complex legal matters. Before founding Vietlink Law Firm, he served as a senior legal advisor for major state-owned and private corporations, including Mobifone Global, Hanoi Lottery, Biti’s, and various foreign-invested enterprises.

Senior Advisor

Mr. Nguyen Kim Phuong is currently a Senior Advisor at Vietlink Law Firm. Before joining Vietlink, he held key leadership positions for many years at the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement under the Ministry of Justice. He was appointed as a Senior Expert and served as Director and Head of the Center for Data, Information, and Statistics on Civil Judgment Enforcement.

Lawyer Lê Văn Thiên is a former soldier who served in the defense of the Trường Sa (Spratly) Islands in 1994 – a defining milestone that reflects his discipline, responsibility, and unwavering resilience. He graduated from the 21st cohort of Hanoi Law University and was a student of the 2nd class at the Judicial Academy (formerly the Training School for Judicial Titles). With over 20 years of legal practice, Mr. Thiên is recognized as one of Vietnam’s most experienced legal professionals. Prior to joining Vietlink Law Firm in 2023, he held senior positions and management roles at various foreign-invested enterprises (FDIs) and prestigious law firms in Vietnam.
