Effective from July 1, 2024, Circular No. 15/2024/TT-NHNN issued by the State Bank of Vietnam officially takes effect, providing comprehensive and unified regulations on payment vouchers in the banking system. This circular serves as an important legal basis to ensure safety, transparency, and efficiency in cashless payment activities.
